This weekend I decided to try making pizza crust from scratch. This recipe worked out really well, and it was super fast! I was done in about 45 minutes.

You will need…

1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Large Egg
1 T Olive Oil
1 t Herbes de Provence
1/4 t Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Parchment Paper

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, and whisk the egg and oil together in a separate bowl.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. I had to use my hands to get mine to stick!

Make a ball out of the dough and lay it in-between two sheets of parchment paper to roll out.

Leave the dough on the bottom parchment and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden.

After that, top with your favorite toppings, and bake for 5-10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
