Hello! I hope everyone had a great first week of the year.

This smoothie is super creamy because of the avocado, and I couldn’t even taste the spinach. It’s a very easy way to sneak in extra nutrients!

You will need…

1 Pear
1/2 Avocado
Handful of Spinach
1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
3-4 Ice Cubes

You can also add chia seeds, coconut, or a sweetener if you’d like! My pear was ripe enough that I didn’t need to add anything sweet.


First, peel the pear, core it, and slice it! Slice the avocado in half, and then scoop it out with a big spoon.


Throw everything in a blender, and blend until smooth! Make sure there are no spinach pieces floating around unblended!



If you don’t like to drink smoothies, these also make very creamy popsicles! 🙂
